It's official. We met our precious little girl today and went to court this afternoon to sign the paperwork. Within a week the adoption will be finalized and then we wait a couple weeks for the Canadian citizenship and passport to process.
She is a beautiful, pleasant baby and is petite....much smaller than she looks on pictures.
By the time we met her Makai was overtired and uninterested, but once we returned from court and he had a nap, he took more notice of her.
We have been showing him pictures of her for several weeks so he knew exactly who she was when we saw her.
We are extremely tired so this will be a short blog entry with a couple pictures....because I know some of you are waiting for an update.
