After a very long journey we are so happy to be here. Makai is a travel superstar! He is quite well travelled after all. We've been to Newfoundland 12 times and now back to South Africa. He completely knows the drill.
We all had very little sleep during the flights. You forget how wonderful beds are until you have to go without for 2 nights.
The house we are staying in is beautiful with alot of room for Makai to run and play. Although it was quite cool this morning it is nice now...maybe low 20s.
Makai slept for most of the night and morning, playing catch-up. Currently we are outside and he is checking out the place.
Little does he know that 2 years ago he lived here....just 5 minutes from where we are staying. And tomorrow we will welcome a baby girl from the same Baby Home.
I can hardly wrap my mind around it all.
